With our original formation back in 1981, we are one of the longest established Property Management company’s serving the Carvoeiro area.  The company was originally set up by an English couple with Cathy & Jim (Kevin’s Aunt & Uncle) taking over the business in 1989 and then Kevin in 2002.

Our property portfolio ranges from two to six bedroom homes and our owners cover an array of nationalities.
